Several downtown streets will be closed to traffic to accommodate the 37th Annual Omaha Summer Arts Festival. In addition, detours and traffic flow changes will be implemented to assist in traffic around the downtown and Old Market areas.
Metro Area Transit bus riders are encouraged to call 402-341-0800 for more information regarding street closings and bus routes.

The following streets will be closed on the dates listed:
- Farnam Street, 10th to 13th Streets to be closed from Noon Thursday, June 9, until 11:59 p.m. Sunday, June 12.
- 11th Street, Farnam Street to the alley half way to Harney Street, to be closed from Noon Thursday, June 9, until 11:59 p.m. Sunday, June 12.
- Farnam Street, 13th to 15th Streets to be closed from 6 p.m. Thursday, June 9, until 11:59 p.m. Sunday, June 12.
- 13th Street from Douglas to Harney Streets to be closed from 6 p.m. Thursday, June 9, until 11:59 p.m. Sunday, June 12.
- 14th Street from Douglas to Harney Streets to be closed from 6 p.m. Thursday, June 9, until 11:59 p.m. Sunday, June 12.
Traffic flow will be changed on the following streets on the dates listed:
- Harney Street from 10th to 15th Streets will become a two-way street beginning Thursday, June 9, at 12 p.m. through Sunday, June 12, at 11:59 p.m.
- Four-way stops will be implemented at 11th and Harney, 13th and Harney, 14th and Harney and 15th and Harney Streets beginning Thursday, June 9, at 12 p.m. through Sunday, June 12, at 11:59 p.m.
- Drivers exiting the Landmark Parking Garage will make a mandatory right turn (westbound) on Harney Street beginning Thursday, June 9, at 12 p.m. through Sunday, June 12, at 11:59 p.m.
- When traveling west on Harney Street from the Landmark Parking Garage, drivers will have to choose between turning left (southbound) at 14th Street or turning right (northbound) at 15th Street beginning Thursday, June 9, at 12 p.m. through Sunday, June 12, at 11:59 p.m. There will be no westbound traffic on Harney Street west of 15th Street during this period.
